• Description:

  Provides intensive outpatient services to individuals having serious and disabling mental health problems. Services provided include:

  • medication management
  • psychiatric case management
  • individual, family, and group therapy
  • coping/living skills training
  • health and nutrition education
  • stress reduction
  • relationship counseling

  Some supportive outpatient services are available to program graduates. Special groups for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients are available. Currently providing physical, virtual, or hybrid service. (On site, Zoom, or a mix of both.)
