  • Eligibility: Clients must have: Arrived in the U.S. within the last 7 years. Have a bachelor's degree or professional training equivalent. Have an intermediate or advanced level of English. Have work authorization through one of the following visas: -Green card (All green cards, such as CR-1, DV, F3, F4, IR-1, IR-5, SB, etc.) -I-94 holder (Refugee, asylee, SIV, or parolee with Temporary Work Authorization) -IW (Spouse of a deceased U.S. citizen) -Pending asylum with EAD (An asylum review has been filed, evaluation is underway, and you have received your EAD. You will be asked if your case is affirmative and if you are working with a lawyer) -SI (Special Immigrant Visa: Iraqi or Afghan translator who does not have experience working in the U.S. in their professional industry) -SQ (Special Immigrant Visa: Iraqi or Afghan worker who worked with the U.S. government) -TPS (Temporary Protected Status, dependent on the duration of your country's status. If your country's expiration date is more than one year from your date of application, please apply) -T-1/T-2 (Victim of human trafficking/spouse of a victim of human trafficking who has already received a three-year EAD) -U (Victim of criminal activity/spouse of a victim of criminal activity who has already received a two-year EAD) -U.S. citizen* - *Only if individual has lived in the U.S. for five years or less but became a naturalized citizen or left the U.S. as a young child and returned as an adult. Live in one of the following states: California, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Washington D.C.
