    Offers a transitional supportive housing program for emancipated foster youth. Eligible youth are ages 21-25 and were in foster care in Alameda County on their 18th birthday. Youth can be in program for three years or until they are 25, depending on previous THP+ time used. Assists youth to gain the skills to live independently by providing subsidized housing. Supportive services provided include:

    • case management
    • education and vocational training
    • employment placement
    • financial literacy training
    • life skills training
