• Description:

  Offers support services to assist persons with developmental disabilities to live on their own. Typically serves people who need more than nine hours per week of support and as much as 24 support hours per day. Support services are not required to decrease over time, as in Independent Living Services. Services provided include:

  • assistance with securing and maintaining housing
  • housekeeping
  • meal preparation
  • personal care
  • utilizing public transportation
  • scheduling and attending medical and dental appointments
  • scheduling and supervising direct support staff
