- Description:
Provides a community service program offered by the Fremont Fire Department and CERT volunteers. Training prepares neighborhoods or community-based teams to be self-sufficient immediately after a disaster. Participants learn how to prepare for and prevent emergencies at home, while learning hands-on disaster skills to help others. Those who complete CERT Basic Training become personally better prepared.
