  Public Defender's Team is appointed to represent a juvenile when brought to the attention of the Juvenile Court. Represents youth in delinquency and truancy proceedings with the goal of rehabilitation:

  • Juvenile Delinquency-charges against children for criminal-type behavior

  • Truancy-habitual failure to attend school.
