Provides Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI) services to individuals and families at risk for serious mental health issues. Services are provided while decreasing the stigma associated with using mental health services through education and awareness. The intent is to prevent mental illness from becoming disabling. Bridges the cultural and language gaps between community members and mental health services.
