SAN LEANDRO FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER, EAST BAY AGENCY FOR CHILDREN (EBAC)

Description: Helps connect children and their families with health insurance and other social services. Coordinates provision of services to families on campuses in the school district. These services provided include:
- Healthcare insurance enrollment and retention (Medi-cal, Healthy Families, Kaiser Health Care Plan)
- Case Management
- Application Assistance: Food Stamps, CalWorks, Social Security, In Home Support Services, etc.
- Information and referrals for child support, child care, housing, mental health services, etc.
- Assistance with school enrollment
- Translation and interpretation
Please note:
Offers ongoing services during Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) and Disasters. Services are available if power is turned off in this facility.
