Offers short-term financial assistance and housing navigation for eligible homeless veterans. Program is administered by local nonprofit agencies, not the VA. This is a referral for screening, and the provider will work with individuals to get the paperwork needed for enrollment in the program.
This referral is NOT a guarantee of financial assistance.
