  Provides a drop in housing support services to mental health clients. Assists those who who have experienced or are currently experiencing homelessness. Supportive services provided include:

  • Shelter referrals
  • Housing rights information
  • Assistance with Home Stretch (deposit/furniture assistance) application process
  • Deposit assistance for move-in cost (if receiving Mental Health Services in ALCO)
  • Bus transportation support (One-ride ONLY from AC Transit, twice-a-month)

• Eligibility: Must be Homeless individuals identified with mental health issues who are receiving mental health services from Alameda County through contracted providers. Must identify as previously or currently homeless. No families.
