- Description: Offers supportive community houses for current and former foster and probation youth. Youth must be willing to seek employment and/or attend school while in the program, as well as work with a case manager. The types of housing provided include:
- HOST HOUSING- supports current and former foster youth residing with a "host" committed to bring a permanent support to the youth.
- COMMUNITY HOUSING- provide transitional dorm-style living. Offers onsite services, staffing and community-building opportunities
