REFER Women who were formerly incarcerated in a CA STATE PRISON (NOT County jail) to "Serenity House Residential Recovery Program". {Resource Num: 64173491} These women are eligible to receive a $25 Visa Gift Card when completing any class taken (up to 16 classes).
