- Description: Matches CAFA mentors with youth on probation who are looking for a positive and healthy adult role model. The mentors meet weekly with the youth to support them in developing new attitudes, behaviors, and ambitions. Throughout the 12 month long program, youth learn to judge their choices and have a consistent sounding board and caring person in their life.
