Eligibility: Pregnant women and families with children aged birth to 5 years old that meet the Head Start income guidelines and lives in Oakland.
Requirements: Annual income: Income tax, W-2 or employer letter Children's birth certificate If pregnant: proof of pregnancy If receiving CalWorks: CalWorks statement If in foster care: foster care verification letter
