  • Description: Teaches life skills to adults who have severe to profound levels of intellectual and developmental disabilities. Encourages the development and maintenance of skills. These skills are related to the highest degree of independence possible. Teaches tasks such as:
    • Domestic task such as laundry, cooking, and cleaning
    • Recreation/Leisure activities such as movies, sports, and picnics
    • Community access outings to parks, libraries, and restaurants
    • Vocational activities such as recycling, computer lab, shredding, etc
