• Description: Offers single adults who are homeless in Alameda County or at risk of becoming homeless help with a one-time emergency assistance. This will prevent homelessness or help transition to permanent housing (also for critical needs). Financial assistance includes payments for rent, security deposits and other critical housing needs.
