• Description:

  Provides partial hospitalization services to individuals having serious and disabling mental health problems. Services provided include:

  • medication management
  • psychiatric case management
  • individual, family and group therapy
  • coping skills training and education
  • health and nutrition education
  • stress reduction
  • relationship counseling

  Offer some outpatient services for program graduates. Special groups for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients are available. Currently offering on-site, virtual, or mixed service (in person, Zoom, or some of both).
