    Assists low income seniors and disabled homeowners in making home repairs and ADA access improvements to their home. Helps eliminate conditions that pose a threat to their health and safety, and preserves the City's aging housing inventory. Qualified borrowers can receive home repairs interest-free loans.


    Please note:
    Offers extended hours for services during Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) and Disasters. Services are available if power is turned off in this facility.
