Description: Helps improve the community's knowledge of and access to vaccinations that keep us all safe from dangerous diseases.

NOTE: School immunization law requires that all California students entering 7th grade get a pertussis (whooping cough) vaccine booster shot called Tdap. CDC recommend pregnant women receive the Tdap vaccine in their third trimester of each pregnancy to prevent infant deaths.

Eligibility: Low Income Children (birth to 19 years old) who are uninsured, who are eligible for or enrolled in CHDP/Medi-Cal or who are American Indian or Alaskan native. Low Income Adults who have no health insurance or whose insurance does not cover immunizations.
