Provides mental health and related social services to Berkeley community members. Also assists clients families as well as individuals experiencing homelessness. Program efforts include:
- coordination and consultation with other agencies and groups
- providing linkages and referrals to community resources
- counseling

Offers services during Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) and Disasters. Services are available if power is turned off in this facility.
