Offer support programs that provide services to help students meet their educational goals. Prepares students for permanent jobs in their chosen profession while meeting CalWORKs requirements. Services provided include:
- Academic and Personal Counseling
- Submit county documents at Chabot CalWORKs Office
- Computer and calculator loan program
- County provides childcare, transportation, books and supplies
- Early/Priority Registration
- Book Vouchers and Grants (Fall and Spring semester)

- Eligibility: CalWorks Must Be enrolled or in the process of enrolling in classes at Chabot College Be a CalWORKs participant with their local County Welfare Department Alameda County Contra Costa County San Joaquin County Have completed or be in the process of completing a Welfare-to-Work Referral for Educational Training In order to be eligible for EOPS, you must: Be A California Resident or designated AB540 Be eligible to receive the California College Promise Grant (CCPG) A, B or C with zero (0) EFC Be enrolled in 12 units (full-time enrollment) or or have a DSPS reduce unit accommodation Letter with a GPA of 2.0 or higher when accepted Not have completed more than 70 semester units of college degree applicable course work (includes all colleges attended)
