CAREER TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT CENTER (C-TEC), BUILDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR SELF-SUFFICIENCY (BOSS)

Description: Offers resources that includes education, job training, and employment services. These services are available to anyone with barriers to employment. This includes those who have been impacted by the justice system. Services provided include:

- Links to outside service providers

CTEC has relationships with second-chance employers who hire individuals with criminal backgrounds.

Eligibility: Open to Individuals who are low-income, formerly incarcerated, or system-impacted are encouraged to visit. Individuals referred by Alameda County Probation can receive a stipend for transitional work placements.
