Eligibility: Open to low income households with a total income that does not exceed the income guidelines according to the chart below: Number of Persons in Household Total Gross Annual Household Income* 1-2 $62,300 or less 3 $70,100 or less 4 $78,000 or less 5 $91,450 or less 6 $104,900 or less Each additional person, add $13,450
Requirements: Proof of income ( most recent tax return, Social Security statements, consecutive payments, proof of unemployment, or similar documents. Proof of enrollment by the applicant in Medi-Cal, CalFresh, CalWORKs, or SSI/SSP)
