Description: Provides an operation of a 68-bed mental health rehabilitation center. A 49-bed residential facility. Provides community living beds and beds for clients with chronic mental illness.

Prepares a treatment plan with each individual. Works with clients to achieve self-reliance. Provides training in community living and social skills. Plus various therapy and activity groups. Peer counselors also lead groups and offer support. Integrates individual and group therapy, family support, and medication with treatment.
