  • Parent Project: research-based skills for addressing truancy, school performance, social media, substance use, and violence. Helps parents establish rules and consequences.

  • Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP): skills needed to cope, manage challenges, decrease troubling feelings, achieve goals, and improve the quality of one's life.
