Eligibility: Must be a Veteran (any era)
Serve at least one day of active duty
Must have received anything other than "Dishonorable Discharge"
Must be homeless; in jeopardy of losing current residence, in transition to a new permanent housing
Must not exceed 50% of the HUD median income: $48,650 Santa Cruz County (income shown is for single individual)"
