SUBSTANCE USE SERVICES, SOLANO COUNTY HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES

Description:
Provides a range of treatment and recovery services for alcoholism and other drug use disorders. Clients are assessed by the Behavioral Health Assessment Team. Program refers out to service providers for outpatient or residential treatment.
Solano County SUD services are provided through a regional model through Partnership Health Plan and its contractor, Carelon.

Eligibility: Accepts referrals from Solano County departments, the courts, hospitals, attorneys, and self-referrals. Services are available to all Medi-Cal recipients who meet the medical necessity criteria as determined by the American Society of Addiction Management (ASAM) scale. The range of services includes: Outpatient treatment Intensive outpatient treatment Detoxification services (withdrawal management) Residential treatment Medication assisted treatment Case management Recovery services (aftercare)
