Provides home visits to assist those with reduced vision in coping with the problems of daily living, and support groups in El Cerrito and Concord. Offers an adult day program at site Tuesdays. Provides free Early Detection program at various sites; service is free for adults. Provides referrals to eye exams and glasses at low cost or no cost for individuals with no vision insurance coverage and individuals on Medicare; call number to locate service provider in area.
