  • Description: Offers free, non-clinical services including mental health referrals, various support groups and classes to Contra Costa residents. Programs include system navigation, Talking Circle support groups which covers grief, loss, and substance abuse recovery, PowWow and drum class, Book Club and Medicine Bag class, including Basket weaving. Provides individual therapy for individuals in need of mental health support. All services are culturally competent and groups and events are centered around Native American Tradition, however all members of the surrounding communities are welcomed. Due to the pandemic all classes and support groups are held virtually.
