Does not provide rental assistance nor filing paperwork for eviction but presents option on how to respond to eviction notice. Offers mediation of tenant/landlord disputes, referrals to tenant organizations, tenant/landlord rights, legal counseling, and fair housing counseling. Serves Antioch, Pittsburg and Bay Point residents only.
