• Eligibility: California resident (legal residency not required) with qualifying developmental disability, or requesting evaluation for the possibility of disability. Does not offer speech services for communication concerns if over age 3, clients should contact their child's school district. Individuals over 3 must have a concern in Autism, Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, and Intellectually Disability. There is no citizenship requirement.
