• Description: Provides two first/multiple DUI offender programs: Level 1, which addresses the problems of drinking and driving, and serves as an early identification and early intervention mechanism for individuals who have a dependency on alcohol, and who have been convicted of first offense drunk driving; Level 2, for special circumstances which provides 16 hours of education and 14 hours of group counseling. Level 1 is offered as a 3, 6, 9 month program dependent on the blood alcohol level at the time of the DUI; for multiple offenders the program is 18 months.
