Description: Offers developmental assessments for infants and toddlers with suspected developmental delay or disability. Assessment of those over the age of 3 suspected of having a developmental disability as part of determination of eligibility for services.

Hours: Office: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm
Eligibility: California resident (legal residency not required) with qualifying developmental disability, or requesting evaluation for the possibility of disability. Does not offer speech services for communication concerns if over age 3, clients should contact their child's school district. Individuals over 3 must have a concern in Autism, Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, and Intellectually Disability. There is no citizenship requirement.
