Description: Offers a full range of medical, dental, surgical, mental health, and diagnostic outpatient services at the Martinez Outpatient Clinic and a wide range of geriatric and extended care to veterans who require inpatient care to address specific needs at the Center for Rehabilitation. Offers drop-in services for homeless Veterans. Provides information and referral to homeless shelters, transitional housing resources and options, permanent housing, and community resources.
