  • Description: Provide language assistance to help refugees access health services to evaluate and improve their health. Provides services which focus on health assessments to identify communicable diseases and to refer those in need of medical attention to health care providers. Working in collaboration with different agencies, assists refugees transition to life in America and become self-sufficient. Services include outreach, health screenings, health education, immunizations, tuberculosis follow-up and care, referrals to health and human services and interpretation.
