Inspections take place every 2 years. Accepts and reviews Bed Bug and Tenant Complaints. Offers code enforcement services which address the following complaints or proactive enforcement's related to: construction without permit and/or inspection, substandard building issues and violations of the Code’s exterior and site maintenance standards, issues notices and orders related to building code violations, issues citations for violation of program regulations and for non-compliance with notices and orders, initiates legal proceedings when necessary to abate hazards.
