  • Description: Provides telephone and email peer-counseling as well as factual LGBTQ information and local resources for cities and towns across the United States. Callers of all ages are able to talk about coming-out issues, relationship concerns, HIV/AIDS anxiety, safer-sex information and many other topics. Maintains a database that contains information with LGBTQ information and local resources across the United States. Also has a separate Youth Talkline manned by volunteers who are in their teens and early twenties that speak with other teens and young adults up to the age of 25 about LGBTQ issues and concerns. Youth chatrooms and peer support chat is also available online.
