Clubhouse supports individuals to find a job and provide supports for the member to continue with their employment. Independent employment assists members who already have a job but need minimal assistance to continue holding their employment.

  • Eligibility: Resident of Contra Costa County (when applying), age 18+, with one of the following diagnoses: Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, or PTSD. Can self refer, but a psychiatrist, case manager, therapist, or other healthcare provider will be required to complete an enrollment form.
