• Eligibility: Must have a physical disability, mental disability, or substance use disorder that significantly interferes with ability to acquire or hold employment. Also serves justice involved or foster youth with disabilities. Must be a US citizen, an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized by the Immigration & Naturalization Act to work in the US.
