The Living Well Center provides culturally and linguistically qualified mental health practitioners to deliver three levels of care to the Southeast Asian community (Hmong, Lao, Vietnamese, and Cambodian).

Services serve individuals in need of on-going community-based services that have:
- Serious emotional disturbances
- Serious mental illness
Services include:
- Outpatient
- 24/7 Crisis response
- Assessment/Treatment Planning
- Intensive Case Management
- Full Service Partnership Services
- Individual and group therapy
- Medication Support Services
- Daily Program Rehabilitation/Support
- Intense Case Managment
- Social/Recreational Activities
- Education Groups
- Peer Support Group
- Housing Support
- Hospitalization Support
- Probation Court Engagement
