The Veterans Home is a licensed 300-bed, long-term care facility which offers several levels of care that provides continuity in the lives of residents in a home-like environment.
offers veterans at this level of care 24-hour supervision, help with medication management, clinical dietary services, and support for daily needs. Also provides skilled nursing care and a memory care program.
**Nonveteran spouses and domestic partners can submit a joint application with their veteran spouse or domestic partner.

Eligibility: Must be a Senior (age 55 and older), homeless or disabled veteran.
A California resident
Discharged or released from active duty under conditions other than dishonorable.
Covered under a medical insurance policy.
Provide either a DD214 or equivalent documentation.
Requirements: DD214, photo identification, proof of California residency, proof of income, and insurance information.
