The Community Center includes a multi-purpose event center to hold community & cultural events, as well as a conference room available for meetings to local area community groups.

Operates family resource center including general health education workshops and wellness programs.
Assists with public benefits applications and enrollment including
- Calfresh
- CalWORKs
- Medi-Cal
The center offers services from the following organizations.
- Centro La Familia at the Community Resource Center offers Parent Education, Victim Services, Health & Wellness, DACA and Immigration services (DOJ authorized).
- Teague Library for Highway City residents providing a neighborhood literacy center.
