Unlawful detainer clinic - offered for tenants and landlords. To be eligible, you must be representing yourself in the case and qualify as low income (125% or below the national poverty level).
Guardianship clinic - For eligible self-represented litigants interested in learning more about the guardianship process for minor children.
Workers' rights clinic - Provides low wage workers with legal information, self-help options and referrals. Must pre-register for clinic through the legal advice line.
Criminal record expungement clinic - If you have a criminal conviction in Fresno or Madera County, you may receive free legal information from volunteer advocates on how to request expungement of your criminal record. Requires completion of an online pre-screening prior to the clinic, if the pre-screening cannot be completed online it may be done though the legal advice line.
