Workshop Information
*All classes/ workshops are available in both English and Spanish

1. Homeownership 101: Program Orientation - $125 for individual / married couple
The Program Orientation is recommended as the first step to learn about available housing programs.

2. Preparing for Homeownership
Upon completion of counseling, prospective homebuyers will receive a certificate of completion, which fulfills lending and home purchase assistance program requirements for homebuyer education.

3. Financial Management - $50 individual/ married couple. While not required, this workshop is highly encouraged for optimal sustainable homeownership.

Eligibility: Open to all prospective homeowners.
Requirements: Completed intake packet, IRS 1040 tax returns, W2s/1099's, one month proof of income, bank statements for most recent 30-60-day period.
