  Relief For Energy Assistance Through Community Help (REACH)
  The Dollar Energy Fund oversees the REACH program, and United Way Fresno and Madera Counties is a third party providing the screening process via phone and assistance with filling out an application for the REACH Program, if qualified. This program helps individuals and families in Fresno and Madera County pay for energy bill during a crisis.REACH provides an energy credit of up to $800 based on the past-due balance. Household must be at or below 200% Federal Poverty Level.

  REACH Match My Payment (MMP) offers income-eligible PG&E customers a dollar-for-dollar match on a past-due utility bill up to $1,000. Households must be at or below 400% Federal Poverty Level.

  Applications are accepted Tuesday - Thursday from 9am - 12pm and 1pm-4pm. Closed for lunch from 12pm-1pm. Must bring 30 days proof of income and copy of PG&E bill. Applications can be submitted online or at United Way Fresno and Madera Counties office at 4949 E. Cesar Chavez Blvd, Fresno CA 9372.

• Eligibility:
  -Customers MUST have a residential account with PG&E in the name of an adult living in the household.
  -Customer MUST owe at least $100 on their utility bill ($50 if a senior) for REACH and $200 for REACH triple match.
  -Customers MUST NOT have received REACH assistance within the past 12 months (PLEASE NOTE: REACH is available -only once within a 12-month period and customers must qualify for the program).
  -Customer income MUST NOT exceed the REACH income guidelines, which are currently 400% above the federal poverty guidelines.
  -This is not an all-inclusive list and is subject to periodic modifications. All guidelines are established by the REACH program.
