• Description: Functional Family Therapy is an evidenced based program which provided family therapy to at-risk youth and their families. FFT focuses on increasing protective factors and reducing risk factors for adolescents leading to involvement in the legal system. The skills taught in family therapy sessions are anger management/coping, communication, emotional support, parenting, problem solving, conflict management, healthy boundary setting, etc.
