• Description: Fresno IMPACT (Assertive Community Treatment) offers 24-hour community-based treatment for individuals who have accessed emergency response systems at a higher rate and have been diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disorder. Clients referred by the County are eligible to receive therapeutic interventions, medication management and monitoring, comprehensive outpatient and community services, case management, vocational rehabilitation, peer support and supportive housing services.
