Eligibility: Build a new ADU unit or repair an existing ADU unit
Minimum of $50,000 and maximum $140,000 loan amount
The interest rate is between 1.4-3.08% according to the loan amount
10-12 year amortized payments
The main unit or ADU must be owner-occupied
The income limit is $165,000
Minimum 640 FICO Credit Score, and no late payments in the last 12 months
$250 nonrefundable application fee
2.5% processing fee based on the loan amount and may be financed as part of the loan.
