Description: The Clean Slate Program is a reentry program that provides free legal services to persons convicted of criminal offenses in Fresno County who are eligible for record clearance. We can assist with:
- Expungement
- Juvenile Sealing
- Felony Reduction
- Proposition 64
Once your application is submitted, they will review your eligibility and contact you with further information. Please keep in mind that this review process can take up to six (6) months to compete. If they can assist you, they will set a one-on-one telephone appointment with you.
