• Description:

  Youth programs support social-emotional wellness for queer and trans youth in Tulare and Kings Counties. Programs include:

  
  

  • Lil Sorcerer's - For LGBTQ+ and allied youth aged 12-18. Meet twice a month for peer support, fun, and activities. Held 1st & 3rd Monday of the month 6:00-7:30pm.

  
  

  • Queers & Peers - A group for transitional youth aged 18-26 to make friends and get involved in their community. This is an activity-based group and meeting locations vary, information is available on Instagram. Held 4th Thursday of the month 5:00pm-6:30pm.

  
  

  • Leadership Academy - a 12-week program for youth aged 17-26 to learn leadership skills, LGBTQ+ history, public speaking, and advocacy. Held every Tuesday 5:30pm-7:30pm.

  
  

  • LGBTQ+ Youth Board - comprised of 7-10 LGBTQ+ and allied youth aged 15-22, the board gives youth a direct hand in making decisions and amplifying the voice of them and their peers.

  
  

  • LGBTQ+ Scholarship - gives away a $1500.00 scholarship annually to support LGBTQ+ and allied youth who are interested in pursuing secondary and vocational education. Applications are accepted August 1st - May 1st.
